  Emmanuel Nimley has gone to jail – for pointing his hand held iPhone at a cinema screen and sharing the result – one of many unwitting copyright martyrs we shall see ever more examples of until such anachronistic privileges are abolished.

  However, I wonder if we’ll ever see t-shirts with “Free Emmanuel Nimley!” written on them.
