  No doubt it was the infamous July Virus. Once mid-summer eve decends, we are all sliding toward the end of this season, and into the next. Our bodies know what is needed – rest – restoration & inspiration. I am similarly afflicted, but plan a day trip to some green place in hope of finding a better me. Wishing you wellness.
