Yes, some moral behavior must be forced at gunpoint, such as in protection of rights. The real question is whether IP is a moral right, as physical property ownership is.

Bonemesh, the analogy doesn’t apply to physical property. If I leave this site without paying, (or make copies of the images,) it doesn’t cost Nina Paley in rent or materials.
