  The language and words tell us more than we notice. I was translating this strip to my daughter and discovered that forever/eternity indeed is boring. That is because eternity is “igavik” and forever on “igavesti” and boring is “igav” in Estonian. Amazing!!!!

  Naturally Death has an argument against abolishing her office, but it’s rather flimsy: who believes that death is the only cause of change?

  death is just forgetting completely. i for one am fine with the rate i’m forgetting now, at least as long as i can’t afford a bigger head. :3
