Hey, plenty of people go their entire lives without facing big feelings. It may help that certain ones make you die faster. (Nothing to worry about, I’m sure. Move along)

I prefer to stay and face the feelings. Make friends with them.
Running away all the time makes for shallow and dangerous people, that’s my view. Sorry if that offends.
MAny ways to keep those feelings away: running, eating, gambling, working, sleeping, spending, hoarding…..it’s all the same drug.
