  As a pointy ear myself (that is comic code for penis, right?) I will say that I disagree with the idea that I am unable to understand the oppression of the floppy eared.
  However, part of pointy ear privilege is the ability to ignore privilege and choose to be unaware of its existence. This is not proof that privilege does not exist, only that you are on the upper end of it.
